"My initial consult was 3/29/01,Dr. Frye is very knowledgable about the procedure and spent alot of time with me during the consult discussing all of the potential risks. His bedside manner was also good. He was very down to earth and approachable with any questions that I had. He heavily emphesizes walking. He requires his patients to begin walking two miles everyday in preperation for surgery. His office staff has been excellent! I cant say enough good things about the staff at the front office and Bernie in billing/surgery scheduling.
All patients must attend a seminar at the Fresno Surgery Center prior to surgery. I am attending on 6/11 and will report back anything interesting. I do however, need to look in to the aftercare/nutritional counseling more. I am not sure that Dr. Frye's office will offer nutritional counseling post-op which I would really like.
My pre-op appointment is 6/11, surgery 6/19. "
