"I had my fist visit on May 16th and I thought Dr. Hamn was wonderful. He explained everything about the surgery in great detail. He was confident on getting surgery approved with insurance company. He advised that the only time he really has any problems with the insurance companies is when they have written exclusions. I am now waiting for approval.
