"After going thru the entire preop procedure, I had to switch docs at the last minute, as mine quit doing the surgery, as much as I was dissapointed, It turned out for the better when I found , and an easier procedure. Still major surgery, but less invasive. These folks are tops at this. William, the office manager needs a bit of help, but he does a great job. He could use an extra set of hands, just for the paperwork. I didn't notice a nurse either. I am assuming since they are just starting out in their new office things will be different. I have no complaints. This doctor obviously cares about her patients and takes the time with each one. My advice would be judt to keep on top of your paperwork, always make and extra set for yourself, and although someone else saus they will fax it, I'd say fax it to her office yourself, just to be sure. I'd give the office a 3
