"When I first met him i liked him.... he answered all the questions that i had prepared and my husbands questions also...The office staff on the consult was awsome!.... I am now over 4wks into the "GREAT WAIT" my paper work is at blue cross in review. This is the hadest part....Will they or won't they aprove me!!!!
I have been in contact w/ Michelle, she is the Insurance contact i have at BTC. It really seems like it's all a joke to her..... "well your still in review, we'll call them in TWO WEEKS, I'm on it"... HA<HA<HA.... I could do with out the laugh... After i spoke to her yesterday, i had to stop and have a good cry.... she's probably a twig and has always been one....
But the people who are working there who have had this done can really understand. By the way according to BTC, Blue cross usually takes 35 days to appove! and they only give out three answers when called for status. Approved, Denied, or in review.... COME ON!............. Really!"
