"Dr. Ali and his staff are very professional but at the same time very personable. I have had 2 visits in his office so far and both were quick and to the point, yet none of mine or my husband's questions or concerns were sluffed off, all were answered thoroughly. Dr. Ali is very insistant on the aftercare and support meetings "Staples For Life" but not to the point of being overbearing. He was a nice but quiet man, and his staff is excellent. They have been very helpful in trying to help me work with my insurance company to get the surgery. Only negative thing I can say is that his office is so far away from my home and it is quite a drive, but that is with all the bariatric surgeons I have found, there just isn't any in my area..."
