"2/20/01.. it has been over a month since my visit with Dr. Clements, whom I found to be very professional and caring... within a week I had faxed the office manager ALL my papers (other MDs letters and tests results)
AGAIN this week, I call and AGAIN I am assured that his letter will be typed and sent to BCBS... I have heard this 3 times and YET to have gotten any results...
4/3/01 My second appointment with Dr. Clements... Again, he displayed compassion, professionalism, and took time to answer ALL my questions (I had a LONG list.. LOL).. My confidence in him is overwhelming... "
