I'm now 5 weeks post op. Sorry its taken me so long to post. The pain has gotten a lot better. I'm down 25lbs. The weight loss is going a little slower than I would like but at least its going. I'm so afraid I'm going to fail at this too. I've been searching the internet for information on some good tasting protein supplements (shakes and bars). I've tried a few before my surgery and all were chalky and disgusting. I don't think I have it in me to get one of those down. So if anyone has the name of a really good one send me an email and let me know. I'll post again later.
