Carlos Ferrari

"At first I was a little uncomfortable because he is very quiet. I am very loud up front. However over time it has a very calming affect on me. He did answered all my questions. His staff was very nice, however they don't joke around much. I know that they are stressed and trying to get things done for everyone. They never treated me like I was fat or a bother. Just need to laugh once in a while. I wish he was little more talkative. He was very quiet but nice. He is very through. He will do all kinds of tests on you to make sure you are a-ok for surgery. You will know that you are very good hands with Dr Ferrari. He requires that all his patients go to at least 4-5 aftercare support groups. The staff supports this as well. He works with Newweigh program and they have all kinds of different kind of support groups. The staff has us read over all the possable complications and if we have questions we talk to him. I would over all give him a 7 in bedside manners and 12 on his knowledge in this procedure. I beleive that both of these are helpful with surgeries like these. However if he has a knowledgable staff then his bedside manner can be a 7 with no problems."
