"Hi, Im almost 2 weeks post op. Very uncomfortable. I was scheduled to have my surgery done by Dr. Popoola, but on the day before surgery, when I arrived in L.A. from Vegas, they let me know that Dr. Popoola was not going to do the surgery and that his assistant Dr. Valle was doing it. Quite a surprise, since I had already checked out Dr.Popoola's credentials and not Dr. Valle. Anyway, I went ahead and had the surgery by Dr. Valle, who does not talk much, and seems very how should I say, "mysterious". All and all, the surgery went well, no complications, and he also removed my gallbladder. Its just that you have to ask Dr. Valle all the questions, and kind of prompt him to speak, Im not sure why. The staff at Surgilite are very nice and professional, however very busy which makes patient time limited. After care is well structured, diet information readily available. Im just real uncomfortable still, and I have some friends that also had surgery with Dr. Popoola and Valle, whom are months post-op and doing great."
