"The staff were great from pre-op to post-op. The nurses supported the surgery and were always there if I had questions or concerns. I honestly can't say enough about the hospital or staff. They were simply terrific."
"Today was my first appointment with the surgeon and staff. Spoke with Karen who was very informative about the surgery, risks, possible complications, what is expected of me, etc. I then met with Dr. Watson who asked me questions, explained the surgery and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable speaking with the personnel in the office. Both Karen and Dr. Watson stressed the aftercare and provided me with a listing of date and times for support group meetings. The office staff seems to be very compassionate about the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Watson to others contemplating this procedure. The only downside was the time it took to file the paperwork with the insurance. I think I got lost in the shuffle. It took approx a month after my last test to file. The good news is it only took my insurance company 3 days to approve."
