Hi Marcia, my name is terri k and i'm from nj, you can look up my profile if you like. I had lap surgery on the same day you did and have lost 40lbs. I have been on a plateau now it seems for 2 weeks..Guess our bodies need to take a break..keep me informed. Went back to work this week. so far doing good just a little tired now but I'm going to force myself to go over to the tread mill. or walk around the block tonite. Not really sore anymore. and am able to eat just about anything but staying away from pork and beek, ie. steak anyway..Hang in there am sure we will start loosing again.. terri

Marcia, Don't let the negativity get to you. You know best and the Lord watches over his children. Stand Strong, Troubles don't last always. I'm having my surgery on the 16th. and Remember my prayers are with you. God Bless Michelle
