October 22nd. Dear Melissa: Greetings. I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with your hospital; I want you to know that the hospital where I had my surgery at did the same thing; please call your insurance co. and tell them what's happening, they will help you, please request with the hospital that you set-up a payment plan with them to pay off the $1500.00 with a year or year and half. I don't think they will deny you this----since the insurance co. is paying off the bigger portion of the bill, they're going to look at receiving that amount of money at once over receiving your small amount due over a year's period.
