update:Went for 3 month follow up visit. had my local hospital draw for bloodwork and fax results to btc. local hospital did not sent results. Follow up call to local hospital. they faxed results to btc. follow up call to nutritionist at btc. She said everythng is fine, she would have called if anything was wrong. i don't know any of the numbers, kind of uncomfortable not knowing.

I didn't call to schedual 6 month visit because I don't have ins., can't afford $835.00 for blood work again (every 3 months for 1st year)My attitude about the procedure and medical facility is good, just waiting to see if they care about me or their money."

The office staff was very friendly, no one looked down upon me because I was so heavy.
I had a religious preferrence regarding not using blood products, and Dr. Vaughn had no problems accomodating my request. Dr Vaughn has a very good bedside manner. "
