"I really like him. He took a lot of time talking to me about my history and post op expectations. He didn't rush in and out and he answered all my questions completely. He spoke with confidence about what he does, but didn't come across as cocky. I haven't had any problems with the office staff as of yet (knock on wood). Beth has been great. She's working on getting me approved. She always returns my phone calls and doesn't seem to mind the 101 questions I ask her."
