"7-29-03 I have switched to Dr. Overcash from Dr. Dennis Smith. Got frustrated with Dr. Smith's office staff. They were inept at handling the insurance issue, lied to me about when they filed letter, and in general made a trying process MORE difficult. On the other hand I was VERY impressed with Dr. Overcash, his bedside manner is great and he is very honest and forthright. I had a much better feeling of confidence with Dr. Overcash. I think Dr. Smith is probably a fine surgeon but his enire staffneeds to be fired and a new one hired. My surgery date with Dr. Overcash is August 13th."
