"I was disappointed at the attention I rec'd from the day nursing staff on the Maxi-care unit. The night nurses (thank you Barry!) were great, very accomodating. No one offered to get me up and walking during the day, or any other help for that matter. It was obvious that they were understaffed, but I didn't think it was appropriate that I had little assistance without asking for it. I did not have much chance to evaluate the staff on the 4th floor, but the room away from the window was dreadfully small, stuffy and depressing."
