"I had my evaluation in Dec 2003. The doctor ordered several tests due to my medical conditions. He seemed very thorough and explained the surgery in great detail. He answered all the questions my husband and I asked. Once all the tests were completed it took his staff too long to get the info to him so he could write up the insurance approval request. I had to call numerous times to get a status/update on the insurance processs. "
