"In the first 5 minutes of my intial appointment, I was unsure what I felt. Dr. Cooper reviewed my medical records and began asking me a lot of questions. Then I saw a genuine warmth come from him as he wheeled his stool next to me and we went over every aspect of this surgery. He explained all the risks and benefits, he explained the surgery in detail, he explained the aftercare program and we went page by page through his booklets that he gives his patients. He explained to me what to expect once the insurance company approves my request. He explained what to expect if the insuranace company denied my request. He was thorough, through and through. I left feeling very comfortable with Dr. Cooper as my surgeon. His office staff, Diane, is also a gold mine of answers to my questions. I made a great choice and am very pleased with my decision to see Dr. Cooper!
