"Very nice and well informed. I have only met him once and that was at a mandatory seminar held for prospective patients. I will see him again right before the surgery. I have researched Dr. Zahn thoroughly and have great confidence in his abilities. His office staff on the other hand...well, sometimes I feel like they can't be bothered. Ever since Lisa left, I really don't know what has happened. All I know is today I have made 3 phone calls to the office and I still feel like I wasted my time. Hopefully I won't have to deal with them much longer."
