"While Dr. Overcash is an excellent surgeon, and is aggressive in his treatment of obesity—I highly recommend keeping visits and interactions totally professional. His office staff is excellent and truly interested in being helpful.
My impression of him has changed over the year and a half I have seen him for post op care. If things are kept on a professional level, then there should be no problems of any kind.
He can be moody and detached during some visits and overly caring during others.
Generally, his bedside manner is great, and I cannot stress enough that he is great surgeon with (from what I hear) very low rate of negative incidences post-op.
