Hi Sarah: I guess I would buy cloathes that start with a 18 and end in a size 14 to be safe. I don't know what size you wear now but all I can go by is myself. I began at 453lbs and I have lost 2 blouse sizes and 1 pant size in just 4weeks. I weigh now 410 and have lost 15 inches. I am 5'6" and wear a size 42-44in blouses and 46-68 in pants. I will wear aprox. a size 18 down to a 16 by one year from now I figure.usually you figure 1 cloathing size per 15 lbs.lost. this Is the best I can do for you. Wishing you the absolute best. Take a few minutes to really focus in on where you are now, so that when the first few days after surgery seem overwhelming, you will be confident in your decision for a brighter future. Good Luck!

Sarah, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely.
