Hi Sarah: I guess I would buy cloathes that start with a 18 and end in a size 14 to be safe. I don't know what size you wear now but all I can go by is myself. I began at 453lbs and I have lost 2 blouse sizes and 1 pant size in just 4weeks. I weigh now 410 and have lost 15 inches. I am 5'6" and wear a size 42-44in blouses and 46-68 in pants. I will wear aprox. a size 18 down to a 16 by one year from now I figure.usually you figure 1 cloathing size per 15 lbs.lost. this Is the best I can do for you. I hope this works for you. please keep posting and letting us know of your progress. Sheryl Open Rny July 22, 2002 516/453/410/160
