"Dr. Kligman is very open and honest with his patients. He tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. He will answers all questions you have to your satisfaction.
At the pre-test visit, you take a short quiz to see what you understand. He goes over it with you to make sure that you are fully aware of what you are doing. It makes sure that you don't have any questoins and then tells you to write any you think of and he'll answer them before your surgery.
Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I must have been asked by 3 people if I received all my pre-op information and materials before I left.
Dr. Kligman does appear to be on the arogant side when you first meet him. He really isn't. He is very good, caring, and he has a lot of patience. He wants you to succeed and informs you that there are guidelines you must follow to succeed. "
