THANKS SO MUCH TO ALL OF YOU who have left words of encouragement on my profile. I'm counting down the days now and am very excited for the surgery. My workplace (the hospital in Laramie, WY) MAY have just thrown a HUGE WRENCH into the insurance coverage works of my surgery by putting a $14,000.00 life time cap on WLS this past month, after I've been preapproved for 100% coverage for weeks. Needles to say, this has caused some anxiety. I'm hoping since I was preapproved before they changed the insurance coverage, all will go smoothly, but if not, I'm prepared to fight for it afterwards. Other than that I am sooooo ready for my re-birthday on May 3rd! Thanks again. I appreciate you all and this site.

Hello Sharon!!! Congratulations on your surgery date! I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. --- Congratulations on your surgery date and may God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will have ups and downs. You can always turn to us, your AMOS family, we will give support, comfort and encouragement. You will find this will be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that was true for me. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. Hi Sharon! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow!
