I live in Alabama, work in Georgia, I am a leased employee whose employer is in South Carolina. I thought I was going to have a mess getting approved. Like you, I made up my mind to get my approval and I did! Take care!

Dina- I am so sorry to hear about all your struggles with your ins. co. Quite frankly to sum it up "It Sucks!" Keep fighting and searching for a way. I am in my first appeal with my ins. co. I have, Anthem BC/BS PPO but I live in Indiana and we are one of the states where they can't use it as an exclusion but they will do everything else to get around approving it. I hope this will work out for you and am praying for you. Keep us updated. GOOD LUCK!!!!
