"January 2002: I first met Dr. Greenbaum when I went with my sister as a buddy to her appointment. There were about six people in the conference room. Four were prospective clients for surgery. He candidly explained the surgery and answered any questions. At this time he said the support group was an option. Deborah, (his assistant), is very nice and really funny. It's obvious she's very busy. My only concern is she might not have time to speak with me when I call. But she always calls back, so I can't complain about that.
