Dr. Spier is very precise and to the point. My attitude hasn't changed in regard to the appointment. The office staff is cordial but business at the same time. They get the job done. Dr. Spier does not mince words. He comes out with it. He tells you exactly what you need to know. He does respect the individual as far as your goals and achievements in weight loss.
