"Dr. Watson took time to answer all my questions, and he was late for rounds due to me being so inquisitive. He was very kind and honest about the procedure and risks and benefits. The staff at Western Surgical Group is great. The only delay in getting approval was when Dr. Watson took a long time to get my medical history dictated, but that was due in part to him being on vacation. There is a local support group that is highly recommended, and patients are required to join a gym, health club, YMCA, and there is a group that meets weekly for a walk. I would rate WSG as excellent, both in terms of bedside manner/patient care and surgical competence."
