Well today marks my 6 months ann. I have lost 90 pounds as of this morning. I am feeling great and been keeping really busy babysitting for my granddaughter.Its been a fun summer for both of us. If any one have some good recipes that they would like to share I would really enjoy that. I want to stick to the diet that I am now on but just fine some new ways of fixing low fat and as low in surgar as I can. I wish everyone one out there a better life and lots of happiness.

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery!! What a wonderful year 2003 is going to be for YOU! Starting to live a life free from fat! It will definately be a THINNER NEW YEAR!! Mary, I too am having my surgery at St V on 1/29. I have been very nervous and praying that I am making the right decision. Like you I have also put this in God's hands. I know he will take care of me just as he will take care of you. God Bless and keep you! I pray you have a speedy recovery also. :-)

I wish you the very best on the surgery, and I will pray for you so it will be free of any complications. I go in tomorrow, and I am a nervous wreck. It seems the closer it gets, the more we have second thoughts. Just hang in there, soon it will be over, and we will regain our health and our lives back. I will keep all of our WLS sisters and brothers in my prayers.
