"Well, I felt that I had WONDERFUL care in the CCU, but it went downhill fast when I went to the main recovery floor. I used the call button (I was a fall hazard) and NO ONE came to help me to the restroom. So here I was, hours out of the CCU, dragging my IV pole, trying to use a walker and get to the bathroom. I even pulled the emergency pull in the bathroom and no one every came. Finally the PT people came to take me and I said I needed a nurse, they went back and told the nurses who STILL never came. This was just ONE of the bad experiences I had up there. "
"I adored my doctor, his staff and the nurses at Bothwell. They were nothing but kind and understanding throughout my first 2 appts and through surgery. If you have a choice, come to Dr Hornbostel, even if you have to travel, the choice will be well worth it!
