"I had wonderful nurses on the afternoon and night shift. The day nurse was not responsive for any requests for assistant from the nursing aide. For example, after cleaning myself up the day after surgery, I needed to change gowns but was attached to iv's. The NA attempted to help me and ended up dropping the dirty gown into the toilet. She asked the nurse how to get the gown off of the iv pole, the nurse told her she didn't know how. So the NA cut the gown off of the pole, and now I am standing there in all of my glory. I ended up having to cut the gown I took with me in half so I could get it on. The afternoon and night nursing shifts reported both the nurse and NA to the Nursing Coordinator and the hospital reimbursed the cost of the gown. The hospital was wonderful concerning the gown, could not ask for better responses. I even received an apology from the Nursing Coordinator personally. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. I now have hope for the first time in a long time. His office staff also was great. He wants me to have a sonagram of my gall bladder and the hospital close to my home where I have to go would not let me make an appointment-a doctor has to call and order it, even though I have a script for the test-and the front office staff told me that to worry about it, she would handle it. This doctor is the one that I researched while still in Arizona and I let myself be swayed. I should have stayed with my first choice."
