"He was very kind and supportive regarding the surgery, good at answering questions about it. However, he is so busy (with surgeries of all types) that I had quite a few appointments cancelled or delayed because of his schedule. I had a small complication while in the hospital postop and he came over immediately and checked it out and corrected it. "
