Hi Claudia, I saw your name on a list of folks scheduled for surgery. We're having the same surgery on the same date on opposite shores! I wanted to wish you well and that I'll be thinking of you while I'm the waiting room at the hospital! Don't you wish 11/11 would get here sooner! So good luck and God bless! We're gonna do great!

Hang in there!!!!!! You will be sooooo pleased with your treatment at Pacific Bariatrics. My husband and I both had our open rny's at PB with Dr. Rumsey and were extremely pleased with our treatment at the clinic and also at the hospital. We have lost a combined total of 300 lbs already. Please click on my name below this msg (on the amos site only) and read my profile. See how I struggled with Kaiser too!!!!!!! You have to lead them, not let them leave you behind. It took us both 1 1/2 yrs to get approved. Once it got to PB it was not such a long wait. We both wish you good luck.

6/19/02: I met with Dr. Tanaka. Appears I will have wls Laparoscopically. Also, had Internist & Psych evals completed. Now the hard part! Waiting for Dr. Tanaka's office to contact me with a surgery date.
