"Dr. Harkabus was very friendly and explained everything to me about the surgery, what was expected of me, and what I could expect. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions. When I told him I could have the surgery whenever he was ready to do it, he went out of the room and came back within five minutes and had a surgery date for me. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help me in whatever way they could. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate him an 8. I haven't had surgery yet, so this may or may not change. We'll just have to wait and see."
