Hello Everyone, I had my WLS surgery Oct. 9th and I am 11 days post-op... I am very sore and very low energy and I understand all of that but man o man does this thing kick your butt... I am looking forward to much more energy days and much more happier times to come.. I have to be patient and understanding that my body needs to heal.. I have to say thank you to all of you who put in prayers and kind words for me.. My parents have come out here to help me get thru this since my hubby has 3 weeks left of his 12 month remote assignment in Honduras Central America.. I can't Say enough thank you's!!! It is amazing how one day you don't have much support and then the next you have so many who care... Well I am still on soft food stage and seem to be o.k. with this, I just wish I had more energy.. I have lost 33lbs. since surgery day... I will try and keep posting, Take care of YOU and enjoy your new Journey in Life... I had a great Dr. and I am so blessed in having him for my Surgeon...Smiles CindyLoo 355/322

Cindy, Sorry to hear about your daughter, I have a 10 yr old son and think I should buy him a rubber suit, he get's so many injuries. Thankfully, and *knocking on wood* He hasn't broken anything yet. Prayers and hugs to your daughter on a speedy recovery. I hope they reschedule your WLS Soon too!

Hello Everyone, Well I have some sad new's to tell you all. I had to postpone my WLS. My oldest daughter (10) had a very bad bicycling accident on Sunday afternoon and we ended up in the hospital for two days and she needed emergency surgery due to her breaking her left arm/wrist area in two different places. She is home as of today and is starting her recovery. SO now I am waiting for my dr.'s appts. to be rescheduled... So please keep me in your prayers for my family and thank you once again for all your kind words of encouragement.... Smiles Cindyloo...
