"Dr Meyers was referred to me by a co worker of mine. My first impression of Dr Meyers is that he is very knowledgable of the surgery. On my first visit he informed me of the complications and risks of the wls. He did state that this surgery is not for everyone and he doesn't suggest the surgery to everyone that comes to his office. Although I did a lot of research myself, he gave me additional information and also showed me pictures and diagrams of the actual procedure. His staff is very efficient and sensitive to the weight issue. Ruth, Dr Meyers' nurse is very helpful in answering all questions and working with the insurance company. Along with the wls, he also offers and encourages aftercare and aftercare support. "
