Perfect Zero Carb

"I find the it is an excellent source of nutrition as well as tasting good. I am also able to use it in hot foods too. Best overall value is the 7.5 lb tub. It mixes well with everything that I have tried it on. "

Paul Hyland

"11/27/2002 I had my pre operation exam from Dr. Hyland yesterday and I found him to be very patient. I thought that he was much more open and caring than I thought he was in our initial meeting. I had a list of questions to ask him and there was no rush at all. He made it a point to answer every one of the in detail, and to make sure that my wife & I were comfortable with them. he is very big on aftercare & stress the point all of the time that the operation is just a tool to achive the long term weight loss, and most importantly ones attitude will be the main source of accomplising the goal. Since I am a avid walker already he was very hopeful that I would be back up to my 4.0 miles that I do now. I will up date after my surgery on 12/02/2002 06/06/03 I am now six months post-op and doing very well. Dr's Hyland & Breslaw have done an excellent job and really do take a high interest in their patients after care. Both respond to the calls that I have made very quickly, and are in no rush to get me off the phone. I would send any one that I knew to my doctors . I am back to walking 4+ miles 5X per week along with swimming. "

Rebecca Ellinger

"Dr. Ellinger's office quoted me one price on the phone, and when I got there is is totally different. They wanted the $$$ right then before she started. I thought it was very inefficent. The DR was 45 min late to see me as well. I reported this all to Dr. Hyland's office. As I found out I was not the only patient that this happened too. I WOULD NOT SEND ANY ONE THAT I KNEW THERE. The initial report that she sent over to Dr. Hyland was not done correctly and had to be redone. "

Delray Medical Center

"I found that different areas of the hospital were better than others, solet me break them down. The day that i went in for my operation, 12/02/02 the staff at the "Care Center" which is the area you go before the operation to check in & get ready was excellent to say the least. They really had it together. They were on time, had all of my paperwork ready, had me setteled in a very short period of time, and made me fell very comfortable. I would give them an A+++ After the operation: The nursing staff on a whole was very good and attentive to my needs. The day time went much better than than the night as it took over 1hr for a initial response the first and second night to get a nurse in there. After that they care was good.I would give there dept a A only because of the care I received during the day. As far as my wife being able to stay as we were told that she would be,the security staff was at best rude to us as they told her that she had to leave at 8:00PM, even after we explianed to them that she was supposed to be able to stay. There was no cordination within the units on this at all. I would give that area a F++ Dietician. Never saw her as I was promissed. My bigest problem was the Upper GI on the second day as I was told it would be early in the morning and it ended up close to 4PM in the afternoon. By that time I was very weak. They were very kind when I got there, and helped me through it. "
