"First impression was--"It must be Bring your son to work day" no- just kidding he was young though. Still felt he was young but very knowledgable friendly, non judgemental when I asked about if he had any deaths he said "None yet" Oh my-- dont start with me!! Practice what you preach-- do not judge by appearance and age alone. It is his knowledge and expertise that matters. He is very thorough on explaining aftercare Yes very structured. Very clear on the risks. I would rate him a 9 Both competance an dmanners seem very good. I hope to know more after my predetermination letter comes back and I can spend more time with him."
