"I love Dr. Billy. He is very thorough and competemt. I had no problems other than a stricture, which was due more to the fact I had a revision and have lots of scar tissue. He is very compassionate and spends time with me each visit and answers all my questions. I would definitely send anybody I know to him. I like him more now than before and I liked him then. His staff is very good and caring also. He is very Big on aftercare. In fact he believes it is essential to success in this endeavor. "
