"Dr. Ponce de Leon didn't speak much english, therefore he was quite but he talked through another doctor. He asked the normal question doctors asked and I felt comfortab le with him. The staff was wonderful they tended to everything, great bunch of people. I cant say there was anything I didn't like about them. The Doctor's and staff at Bajanor Hospital were down to earth and a caring staff. After care to them was important. They explained why and what to do once I return to the States. They do have an aftercare program but it wouldn't suit me since I do not live in Mexico. Yes, they did address the risk of surgery. I would rate the overall experience, Doctors and staff a 10++++.
Surgical compatence and bedside manner both were great."
