Yeah!! I got an email from Lisa. She's recovering at her parents. She said she's been doing better and trying to walk as much as she can. Always the trooper. Anyway, I'm so glad to hear that things are going well. Unfortunately, she barely remembers talking to me on the phone. All the morphine? probably. She was a little slurred when I talked to her. Anyway, I'll post when I hear more. Have a great day. Mere

I figured I would post again in hopes that Lisa's mom checks them. I wanted her to know I don't have a phone number for their place, but I sent an email to Lisa's account. I'm not sure when she'll be back online but I hope she's doing great. She was such a trooper when I talked to her!

Hi everyone, I just talked to Lisa on the phone. She is post-op now, she went in this morning. She seemed in good spirits and not too bad off. Some back spasms earlier but they subsided, a little nausea but nothing bad she said. Anyway, all is well, no surprises or complications. She'll be at BTC till Monday, then to her parents, then back to Iowa city. She said that she'll be back online soon and can check her email from her parents. :) She's doing great, I'll try to get the posts to her. --Meredith

Lisa Good luck with your surgery IN 2 DAYS!!! Isn't that unbelievable how it never seems to get here, and then WHAM...nothing is done? I'm sure you'll love Dr. Boe. 3 gals in our support group on line have had him and rave about his expertise. Again....GOOD LUCK, and may post-op bring you all your wishes, as mine has done so far.
