"My first impression of Dr. Juarez is a good one. He seems very busy, but tries to help everyone. I wish he had more time for 1:1's to make me feel like I wasn't just another fat person going through his office. The staff was fine...some calls were not returned by Jackie, but other than that, no problems. His aftercare and pre-care is very good. The group sessions offered every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month is very helpful. The dietician and counsolors are on hand for these meetings. I have heard of others going through this surgery years ago and received no aftercare which created issues that could have been avoided if she was only offered the help. Dr. Juarez and his staff make you do the whole package, not just the surgery. Overall, Dr. Juarez is a good choice...he isn't the funniest guy in the world, but he knows what he is doing and that is better than having a great bedside manner."
