Gail, I send my best wishes that God will protect you and be with surgeon during this life changing event. Just think positive thoughts, like the things you will be doing next time this year and how much energy you will have.

Gail, Good Luck with the surgery. I had mine 8 days ago and doing fine, just like you will. The first day is a bear, but after that it gets better and you will be smiling and doing the happy dance. Will look forward to your postings.

Well meaning folks at work who want her to enjoy before her surgery. Of course, she is on liquids today. She is in a great frame of mind, very ready, no fear and looking forward to shutting the door on her old way of life. Her &quot;Last Meal&quot; was at Home Town Buffet. She discovered what many or most of us have...nothing really tasted great and it was mostly optional. Tonight her husband will take her to Eagle Mountain Casino to play a while and pass time, then a few hours sleep and on to the 1.5 hour trip to Fresno.<br> </b></font></font></p> <p><font color="#FF6699"><font color="#663399"><b>I will be leaving for Fresno by 9 a.m. tomorrow morning and want to deliver your good wishes and encouragement to her husband so she will have them when she wakes up tomorrow afternoon on the Better Side! hi gail my prayers are with you. i know the surgery is a scary and unnerving process. i had my sur pn 5/29 and came home the next day, and i really feel i put alot of undue stress on myself, but you cant help but worry. pray about put it in the Lords hands and let it go to him. He will watch over you and is the best Dr there is. God Bless your almost there glenda berry
