"I liked him from the minute I meet him. My impression of him only got better, He is very involved with his patients and really wants them to do well. His staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I can't think of anything that I don't like about him. Dr Meilahn takes this surgery seriouly so if you are not total committed to following the program, wait until you are. He has a big emphasize on aftercare which is very important. This is the hardest, most serious diet (weight loss program)you have ever followed He lays it all out for you without scaring you. He is a 9. Both, the residence program at Temple is great also, big part of your hospital care. "
