The first inpression I got was when I walked into the Dr.s office and saw how the staff took care of the people to be seen, wheather by Dr. DeBord or any other Dr. in that office. The staff was very polite and took care of me the minute I walked in. When I was instructed to go into the room where Dr. DeBord would see me as soon as possible. The nurse came in to take any information that I mifgt have had and to take my vitals. She was very polite and concermed and listened to everything I had to say. Right after all the information was taken she said the doctor would be right in. Within only a matter of seconds Dr.DeBord came in with a smile and a hand shake. He looked me right in the eye with every thing he explained he went over alot of information and answered all my questions. He said that I would be able to have my pre-op done in my home town and they could fax it to him. He said he would be writing my doctor a letter to explain some things he wanted him to do for me before the surgery. Dr.DeBord is very through very knowledgeable and I completly trust him to do my surgery. He said that his office would take care of the insurance part and I don't have to do any thing except wait to be seen by a pyscholigst. "
