I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.

well, today is 15 days post op and I am not feeling all that great. Yesterday was my worst day, since surgery. I was soooo very nauseated. I can't even describe it. I ended up calling my surgeon and they called me in some phenergan, which helped a LITTLE. I went to bed, and as of now, I am not that nausious. I am so glad, because she said if I wasn't any better by Thursday, (tomorrow), I would need to come in. I do NOT want any problems:( On a good note, I did go and get weighed in on Monday. I am down officially 30 pounds. I am happy about that, but I know I'm not getting all my water/protein in. I need to be doing things better, but it's so hard when you are so weak/tired and upset stomach. I will try harder, I have to. Until next time...

Marla, congratulations on making a safe journey to the losing side. Get plenty of rest now and take good care of yourself and your new pouch! Don't forget to take time to celebrate your every victory. I look forward to watching your progress!

Marla-Good luck with your surgery. I will be praying for you. I will also wave hello on my way home from work as I go up Highway 31. I will be seeing Dr. Gupta next month, she is in the same group as Dr. Jones. I have heard wonderful things about the staff at St. V. and also wonderful things about Dr. Jones. I am sure everything will be fine. God Bless.
