"Dr. Frezza is very sweet and warm he paid with his own money for "big" chairs to be put in his office so bigger people would be comfortable. He helped me carry my diaper bag and things when we had to move to another room. Staff and office was nice and very helpful. He was very understanding and stressed aftercare and support.The risks of surgery were addressed in a way that explained how going on w/out surgery would not be a good idea I have diabetes borderline High BP sleep apnea joint pain asthma you name it I got it so any risks of surgery for me are outweighed by the benefits
