Angel Update - Spoke with Rebecca again on Friday, my cold still wouldn't let me go to visit her. I had to call back twice, the first time I called she was getting dressed, the second time she had left her room to walk down the hall to watch the sunset with her family. She passed her lek test just fine, and was enjoying ice and water, expecting to have broth, etc. tomorrow and to go home on Monday. Sue Clover

10/4/2002 - Angel Update - I have a terrible cold and didn't think it would be a good idea to expose Rebecca to any extra germs, so I didn't run over to the hospital today, just gave her a VERY brief call this evening. She's on the losing side now, and though she sounded groggy and sore, she also said she felt pretty good. I let her go and promised to call again tomorrow. Sue

Peace and blessings from Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Just sending you a word of comfort to let you know you have made a beautiful choice. You will be stronger after this process. I had an open RNY on 8/14 and am already down 57 pounds. Be strong and fearless as you start your new journey.
