Elizabeth, I was on Lupron a few years ago and it seems to me I did go through quite a bout of depression when I was on it. I was on the injection version and seem to remember being pretty bad during that time. Hope this helps. As far as deperssion meds go, I have been on Prozac for years and can tell you it takes several weeks to months before you will really notice a difference so that may be what is going on with the meds you are on. It may just not have been long enough yet. Good luck and I pray you will feel better soon! Tami

Elizabeth, unfortunately, I have no experience with the medication for endometriosis, so I can offer you no advice. I have plenty of experience with depression though, and I feel for you. Tell your doctor how you are feeling as soon as possible. Perhaps a different set of meds will help things. Maybe talking with a therapist will do some good. I know that since I've found the right medication, my life is so much better. Good luck to you.

Dear Elizabeth I have not had experience with that particular medicine but hope you are going to talk to your doctor about the feelings you are having. Perhaps a different medication will work or maybe talking to someone......Take care, you can get through this difficult time.

Elizabeth, It's a real pleasure to congratulate you on your awesome weight loss, and to send you my very best wishes. I had my surgery done by Dr. Batay too. Hang in there and keep us posted =)

Elizabeth, the panniculectomy (plain ol tummy tuck-hip to hip incision) is very similar to a c-section. Feels like you've done a crunch marathon. Very sore but ok to deal with as long as you get control over your pain. Gentle hugs to you as I recoup from 4 hernia repairs, a recti diastasis and tummy tuck. (My incision is like that of an abdominoplasty-upside down T).

Dear Elizabeth, I am so sorry that you are having such a rough time right now. I hope that your mother in law gets good care and is able to make a great recovery. I also hope that you are able to see a light at the end of the tunnel and that when G-d closes a door, He opens a window. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Carol
