Okay, here I am one year later, down 112 lbs. I wear about a size 8-10, depending on how its cut. Having been this size years ago, I dragged out my skinny clothes and they fit! Life is great. I'm now in sales, having a terrific time. Learning how to eat has been an adjustment. Getting enough protein is still a struggle. Only occasionally do I eat too fast, which makes me sick, and I stay totally away from sugar (or least anything that has over 14 grams). I seem to get bruised easily, and they last a long time. I'm scheduled to see the Dr. for my 1 year check-up. But I feel great. I'm starting to work on toning up some loose skin, mostly my upper arms, thighs and stomach -- not really enough to have it surgically removed. For all those out there, hang in, it gets easier and it was the best decision I ever made!
