SHERRY- I know what you're going through... I went on a huge plateau after about 5 weeks. I lost 55 pounds in the first 5-6 weeks and then I was on a plateau for about 4 weeks. I have just started loosing again- but, it's been slow. Hang in there.

Sherry, I know EXACTLY what your going through. I had the same thing happen to me. After 3 weeks, I went on over a 3 week plateau. It will break, just don't fret over it at all. I did the same thing, got upset about it, and it eventually broke. I am now at -61 Lbs + after more than 3 months. Good luck, and you will get going again soon, I promise.
